It’s ok to start completely over…WE ARE!

As I humbly sit and type this blog, I’m reminded that it’s okay to start all over. These last few months have been some of the most challenging months as we continue to navigate the ever fluctuating supply changes and availability. At times, it has taken a toll that has been too high to pay.

When we started this business, we had a vision and we lost it along the way. We’ve learned that it’s okay to take others’ advice but not at the expense of your own purpose. Truth be told, we lost more than we should have trying to “be like everyone else” instead of being who we were. With this being said, we are starting completely over. What does this mean:

  • We’re focusing on our top selling products and designs. We’re only going to offer products that have a proven track record of availability (due to global supply delays). Those items are as follows:
    • Apparel - T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Baby bodysuits
    • Mugs / Mug Sets / Tumblers / Glasses
    • Mousepads / Journals / Coasters
    • Totes
    • Boxes - Complete Gifts Sets / Empty Boxes
  • We’re focusing on keeping items in stock for faster turnaround/delivery times. One of our pet peeves is slow turnaround times when getting our customer’s items to them. We have standard turn around times but internally, we strive for excellence.
  • Better shippable gift options. Shipping has increased drastically for all businesses. We’re making our gifts easier to ship by using different mailer and box sizes. After a 30 days study with some of our bundles, we observed that UPS is the most cost effective. We will prioritize using UPS for parcel delivery and USPS for first class and poly mailer packages.
  • Focusing on more local and small business collaborative products. Over the last few years, we have collaborated with local and national businesses and organizations on various awareness campaigns as well as gifting ideas. We would like to continue building these partnerships while adding more in the near future.

Thank you for your support and understanding as we transition into our new season. We want to encourage other small business owners to not give up. It’s okay to start over
