The COVID-19 pandemic has caused supply shortages and shipping delays. Some products may experience delays due to local regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or order confirmation does not confirm that we accept your order. BGT Gifts has the right to accept or reject your order for any reason.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We ship your order as soon as they are created. Other than products with specific processing times, we try to ship most orders within a week. Orders that are placed on our closed days or holidays may experience a delay. We strive to keep products in stock; however there are times where a product may be out of stock. We will keep you informed if products you have ordered are out of stock

PROCESSING TIMES

Most of our items are handmade and made to order. Our processing times vary based upon the number of items and orders. They are as follows:

Orders with 1 - 10 items: 5 - 10 business days

Orders with 10 - 30 items: 10 - 21 business days

Orders with 30 or more: 3 - 4 weeks notice. Please contact us for details.

For big bulk orders: Please contact us at hello@bgtgifts.com to discuss your project timeline and associated costs.

All sales are final. We will work with our customer for any products damaged in transit or if an incorrect or misspelled item was shipped to you.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to report any damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds or Exchanges for damaged products: To be eligible for a replacement, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the item.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

If an acceptable replacement can't be found, we'll work to refund your purchased item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

We typically ship Monday through Friday.

We can not guarantee shipping arrival times as most shipping times are estimates.

NOTE: BGT GIFTS will not be responsible for shipping transit complications for any reason such as COVID, errors, weather, strikes, or otherwise. Shipping time is not included in our turnaround times.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Tracking numbers are automatically provided for all shipped orders.

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days AFTER the processing times listed above (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We ship US priority mail, FED-EX, and/or UPS (Customer can choose at checkout).

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site - you pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.
