Customization Policy

SPORTS TEAMS, DISNEY, NIKE, OR OTHER LICENSED IMAGE/WORD USAGE

BGT Gifts will not fulfill orders with designs that contain licensed, copyrighted, or trademarked designs without written permission from the license authority. We reserve the right to refuse any design with licensed images.

DIGITAL FILE FORMAT

We prefer 300 DPI or higher PNG with transparent background.

DESIGN MOCK UP AND REVISION FEES

We can provide one (1) free digital mock up of your product. Any changes or revisions after that will require a design fee of $15.00 per revision that will apply towards your purchase order. We reserve the right to use our discretion with our revision and labor fee.

DESIGN SERVICES FEES

We can be hired to design your gift for a $25.00 per hour labor fee. We can be contacted at hello@bgtgifts.com for design inquiries.
