ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or order confirmation does not confirm that we accept your order. BGT Gifts has the right to accept or reject your order for any reason.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We ship your order as soon as they are created. Other than products with specific processing times, we try to ship most orders within a week. Orders that are placed on our closed days or holidays may experience a delay. We strive to keep products in stock; however there are times where a product may be out of stock. We will keep you informed if products you have ordered are out of stock.

RETURN POLICY

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - All Products

All sales are final. We will work with our customer for any products damaged in transit or if an incorrect or misspelled item was shipped to you.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to report any damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds or Exchanges for damaged products: To be eligible for a replacement, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the item.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

If an acceptable replacement can't be found, we'll work to refund your purchased item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
